I would like to thank you for your assistance in this whole matter; whilst it's been dragged out and taken unnecessarily long, you really have followed up on it and tried your best to ensure that it's resolved.

I chatted to my Developer uses Chrome and he has asked a few other people who use Chrome and all is fine on their side. The navigation menus should work better in Chrome. If you PM me your email address I can get somebody to contact you and see if it could be a setting?

I don't think your newsletter subscription facility is working correctly.

I removed myself last month after which it said I was successfully removed, however I still received newsletters after this. I tried to remove myself after receiving the newsletter 'Winter warmers' but it said I was no longer in the database.
I received another newsletter today titled 'Full bodied or skinny' and tried to remove myself again, to which it said my e-mail address was successfully removed.

Digital planet can improve by REFUNDING ME MY EBUCKS for an item THEY CANNOT SUPPLY AND HAVE NO ETA ON.

Instead they want to give me digital planet vouchers back (I initially bought these with my ebucks to pay for said item) which means that I cannot go and source the item elsewhere. What a way to lock the customer in. They claim they cant give a refund if I purchased vouchers.

Refund me in cash as ebucks are essentially cash or give me my ebucks back. I don't want a bloody voucher if you can't source the item I ordered.

I see that it was suggested way back that the search function on DP should be improved !!!

This is still a major issue, I just cannot find stuff that I am looking for because the search function is so bad.

If you want to know how a search function should work, go to www.bhphotovideo.com and try to search for a few items. They must have the best search function in the business, but I can't see why it would be so difficult to replicate that. Any junior programmer should be able to do that.

I sometimes just give up and buy somewhere else because the search function on DP is so bad.

No money yet. No word. Shavintha went on leave and it seems from there nothing has been done. Shavintha asked Edith to issue a refund and now it seems all communication has collapsed. I am not receiving replies and am completely in the dark.

This is not good service. I will rather stick with someone like prophecy or take2 in the future.

I still have no goods and no money.

I asked for a refund on the 5th of January and to date you now seem to ignore all communication.

NEVER EVER EVER will I buy from Digital Planet again. I am also encouraging all MyBB members not to go there. You will never ever see your goods or your money again.

This is theft.

Take the proof and promises of a refund to the small claims court. You can get up to R7000 on each claim.
 
Still no reply as to why I don't have my refund. Still no refund.

I am going to go lay a charge of theft. If I take this to small claims court will I get compensation for my time as well or just the item in question?

THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS DIGITAL PLANET!

Have you phoned them? Also, have you phoned ebucks - letting them know digitalplanet stole your ebucks...
