I have loaded 2 SSD drives onto the site but they are not near 4k - they are the smaller sizes though. I will see how they do. They are only order on request with my supplier so there is a 3 - 4 week waiting period

HI Zamrg,just an update from my side regarding the faulty router
I received a call yesterday, 07/05, saying that the router cannot be repaired and that it can either be swapped out or I can be refunded in full. I told the agent I'd like it swapped out but was unable to be given an ETA. I'm a little on edge here but forgive me, it's been a month today since you guys received it and handed it over to the distributor. Whilst I've received 3 phone calls from agents during this time, they've been useless to say the last. I've just been told to stick it out and that further contact will be made to keep my updated. I would like to know when the new router will be shipped and when the courier will be coming so that I can make arrangements for someone to be available for delivery.
In this instance, the convenience of purchasing online has been far diminished by the after sales support I've received. If I had walked into a brick n mortar store, they would've taken the device in, sent it in for repairs and possibly even provided me with a courtesy router given that it would take 2 weeks to repair.

I must apologize for this. Please understand that when it comes to returns we are completely at the mercy of our supplier and their repairs department. I will however look into this in the morning and send through some feedback asap. Let's see what we can arrange for you.

I just received a call from an agent who left a voicemail on my cell. I can't make out his name from the message but he said that the supplier cannot repair nor can they now replace the device. He asked me to give him a call back but didn't leave a number for me to call back on. I used the voicemail option to get the message details and when I try dial that number, I get 'the subscriber device does not support this option'.

I just chatted to Lawrence and he said that he is looking for another unit as our supplier doesn't have stock at the moment, he said that he left you a message stating this - please confirm. He will however give you a call during the course of today.
The reason why the voicemail option won't work is due to it being a skype phone so it doesn't give the right number for some reason.
I will follow up today to make sure that you have been contacted.

Hi zamrg,yes he did leave me a message but I couldn't make anything out, as I mentioned in my previous message. I've asked him to sort a refund out and he said he'll give me a call for those details, however I'm not available the whole day so I'm going to PM you those details. The Cape Town suppliers have stock so I can source it from them myself.

Could you possibly tell me who confirmed stock with you? I am very worried if you were able to get hold of stock from our supplier but we weren't.

I have just checked and seen that you paid via eBucks. They will need to do a manual refund on their side. I will ask one of our agents to follow up with them in order to speed up.
