How do you completely mess up 2014?

They break your jaw and then move it, it does something for your braces.

At age 24 I was told the same thing. I went to an orthodontist who used the tip edge technique and I got away with not having to do surgery. Only downside was I had to remove 4 teeth and do braces for 3 years. It's not that bad..

Are you sure you need braces and an operation? Have you had a second opinion? I just called my dentist (who is a good friend) and he was astonished at this. First thing he asked, is the person ill or had an accident?
