Punching bag, weights, skipping rope and various other things at home. But need to find motivation to use it more. It comes and goes.

Used to do CrossFit for many years, was the fittest and crossest I'd ever been, but was fairly expensive and I eventually got burned out. Put on like 15-20kg's since I left it though. Kinda miss it, but don't have that energy anymore. Not that I have an excuse, there was a guy there close on his 60's more ripped than 20 year olds. Don't know where he got his determination lol

I ride mtb at least twice a week. Problem is I usually undue any gains by smashing a couple beers after.
Beer is a simple carb, low in fat, not as damaging as you think.

The same can't be said about the pub food that goes with it ;)

Actually, Round is a Geometry, a Circle is a Shape..
And thus a round circle = geometric shape

After letting go during covid a bit I decided to take health seriously this year and im on a roll!

Got a great plan from a trainer - minimal changes to my diet as that was healthy and just being consistent as much as possible. Never been fitter, stronger, healthier in my life.

Pretty much do cross training with pilates one day a a week.

Check in on the work out group helps keep me motivated etc

I like the "one day a week" part. Gives me hope.

3, but even 1 can be a hand-full
Brave parents, however, lot of people I know of say having 2 is better than 1 and I haven't understood the "logic" yet.

I think both of us would have been admitted to asylum if we didn't stick to 1.

:-)

Kids are like dogs, they keep themselves busy..

My parents both played national level in rhodesia.
Never took to it myself though.
This just reminded me that I met my wife at a hockey game.

On topic of keeping fit, I train every morning after waking. Doesn’t do as much for fitness as it does for discipline.
To stay fit a bit of cycling, paddling and hiking/walking.
I don’t like exercising for the sake of it but do get that staying active is important as I age.

Running & if not lots of walking.

Reading prior replies I’m somewhat surprised though, I was always under the impression that a large amount of folks here are kinda lard asses.
