How much cap have I got?

I'm confused with telkom. I have a 5GB account with them and that got doubled to 10GB in their promotion, but I thought that promotion ended in september. Last month (october) I used ~7GB. What gives? Was the promotion still running last month? And how much cap have I got this month then?
