How Seacom can apologise

Dry humour??

When everyone first disagreed with you, you asked if anyone of us even pass high school. We don't agree with you, so we must be stupid, right?

Then you suggested we're a bunch of geek-savants, and said we should get our noses out of our Unix books and agree with you.

When we still would not agree, you wanted to know what our ethnicity is. I guess you thought we're black and stupid, right?

Then we were too stupid to understand what goodwill is, but we still would not agree.

Then we became inferior, because we don't live in Durban.

Now we're morons who should do Marketing 101 and learn about the concept of 'the customer' - and still we disagree with you...

Pixual, you are a sad case with a bad superiority complex. Just remember that all of us here are internet consumers just like you, and are customers of ISP's, like you, and have our own opinions about the cable repairs issue. It's just that we don't agree with your stance of taking offence at something we perceive to be beyond the control of our ISP's, and nothing you can say will change our minds. And the more you try to ridicule us, the more foolish you look. So go for it... again.

Sure. Let's leave it at that. You have your opinion, I have mine.

BTW, I didn't call you a moron and the "superior" comment was a quip that you clearly failed to register. Besides, who's the "we" that you speak for?

Ok, just for the record, even though you seem to have had your head buried in the sand..

ADSL has ALWAYS been a best-effort service with no SLA's....
