Hi guys,
I'm trying to cute down on my sugar intake, but looking at most products it's super hard. I used to eat sweetened yogurt in the morning, but those things are packed with sugars! So, I've decided to scout for a cereal. Wheat-bix and oats seem like winners. Any other suggestions? I'm also going to try and cut on sugary drinks - but that is super hard. I should probably start hitting the tea harder.
The rest of my meals are okay, as it's mostly proteins and lettuce.
I've recently got a shock reading of a cholesterol level of 10.1, but apparently sugar can spike it and I certainly have a **** load of sugar in my diet - a lot more than fats. I'm also not very willing to the idea of cutting out dairy. Dairy is just far too important for me.
