Secondly, I have an iphone 4s and since updating to IOS7 the simple process of installing or updating an app was f$%#ing frustrating as you would get the message 'xxxx app cannot be downloaded at this time, please try again later' or some such.
Many forums give advice on how to restore your phone etc, but none of these worked for me, this did:
You know the Apple emoji keyboard? Disable it. Problem solved. If you don;t have the emoji keyboard enabled, good luck finding another solutions.
Even after the above occasionally I will try install an app and it will give an error. Close app store and try again for the same app, it works.
