How to Flash Telkom Huawei E3276

Looooong story very short. Telkom assured me that this LTE USB modem will work with any SIMM card plugged into it.
It is has taken me two trips and multiple calls to MTN as well as Telkom who keep bouncing me back and forth telling me that I need to flash the modem.

What I am resorting to now is to flash the modem with the original software that would have shipped with the modem so it is more generic, so that I can plug any SIM card into it.

Suggestions on how to do this? I am busy watching a lot of YouTube videos but not come across this specific model yet.

E3276 HiLink modem

Hi.

Please be so kind as to assist me in flashing my new Telkom HiLink E3276 modem which I purchased from Telkom which I want to work as a regular modem and not a host-less modem.
