No... its on all themes... and even in the classic mode.

Nah got Vista on my home machine. XP at work
I used to have a full Vista transformation pack on XP. It's quite nice
But to much effort to get working...

"Disconnect" ? Looks like a remnant from the dialup/pppoe network right click menu.
Not sure which process would be behind it though, one of the services perhaps?
*edit* "Remote Access Connection Manager" maybe.

The "disconnect" has being replaced by "Task Manager" hehe
