How to request Outdoor CPE Antenna

Kindly assist, how can I use the outdoor cpe antenna on my HUAWEI B315s as an external antenna. I recently bought this house and I’m struggling with LTE coverage, the house has an outdoor antenna with a small dish, it uses rj45 cable which I believe must be connected to a Poe injector. I want to use this as an external antenna but don’t know what hardware I’d need for this. Somebody please assist, I bought a lte antenna on Takealot but it is not helping with boosting the signal, I also noticed that I might be blocked from the line of sight with the nearest tower as there is a block of flats next to my house.

Bought that same antenna from Takealot. Utterly useless. But as @DTBA said, you need to enable the external antenna in the router settings.

I ended up just getting a B618 and that sorted my problem.
