Step 1: Get a pair of earphones to plug into your Android device
Step 2: Make sure you are connected to a Wifi network
Step 3 : Download Soundwire on your Android device through Google Play
Step 4: Download and install the Soundwire server on your PC by visiting http://soundwire-server.en.uptodown.com/
Step 5: Connect your Android device to the same Wifi network that your PC is connected to
Step 6: Start the Soundwire server on your PC and app on your Android device
Step 7: Enjoy your new wireless headset

Additional information
- In the Soundwire app's setting, enabling audio compression will make for a smoother audio playback, however this option is only available in the paid for version
- When watching a movie there might be a delay. To counter this I use VLC and while the movie is playing I press the J key until the delay disappears
- If you have a Wifi enabled laptop, you can turn it into a Wifi hotspot so that you can connect your Android device directly to your laptop without any additional hardware. To do this download Connectify at http://www.connectify.me/ the free version should work fine
