Hsupa

Any suggestions for an abbreviation for HSDPA and HSUPA together? HSD+UPA?
HSPA: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-Speed_Packet_Access
Yep, HSPA includes both the downlink and the uplink :).
Ginggs MDMA utility wont run :(
rpm, that's very strange, what version of ginggs' MDMA do you have & what happens when you try to run MDMA, also is the app's .bin file in the same folder that the .exe file is in? - it's worthwhile trying to get ginggs' MDMA running - excellent dashboard application :).

Thanks, I did consult wikipedia before posting. The way I read it, HSPA covers both HSDPA and HSUPA, but if one wanted a term to describe one's current connection, HSPA doesn't imply that you have both HSDPA and HSUPA active.

I'm still leaning towards HSD+UPA, or HSD/UPA, the most explicit is just HSDPA+HSUPA, but would take up valuable space in say, a dashboard application. ;)

The most correct would be HSDPA+EUL, where EUL stands for enhanced uplink, because the 3GPP doesn't yet recognize the name HSUPA.

How about HSDUPA?

How about HSDUPA?
SUPA DUPA!

Subscribing to the Bob McGabe school of democracy, I have to decided to go with my plan anyway. Just like any politician though, I can be bought, and as v3g has already pointed out, I'm partial to single malt scotch. :D

New version of mdma with HSUPA display for all you guys with fancy new modems is now available here, and while enjoying your new SUPA DUPA speeds, spare a thought for poor me stuck with my two year old E620. :p
