Well, if you're a regular reader of Stuff Magazine, you'll know that Toby Shapshak (editor of Stuff magazine) is the biggest Apple fanboi this side of the Atlantic.

If there is a notebook review, the Mac will always win. If there is a phone review, the iPhone will always win....with NO reason why the Apple products are the clear winners. Go figure.

I actually wanted to write to Stuff magazine and ask them why this is, but decided that I'll just stop buying the magazine.

HOORAY!!!!

The latest WhatsApp update fixes the contact list!! At last!

Update it now....or, if you're on Auto Update, go and check your WhatsApp contact list, all the "dead contacts" will be gone. ;)

Nope - phone is on, has signal... and then I get an SMS from 121 which says I had a missed call. Only happens some of the time, say each fourth or fifth call.

HI Rapid, did u solve this problem, i am having the same issue with the Desire Z

Quick question, although it's probably more of a general Android question than a DHD one. I would like to set my phone up to do full auto-sync and enable background data, but only when I'm connected to a wireless network. As soon as I no longer have a wifi connection, and am now running on 3g, I don't want any data transmissions to happen unless I want it to. Now I have APNDroid, which allows me to manually switch off/on mobile networks, but I'm looking more for a mechanism (either Native Android/DHD, or an app) that'll do it all automatically.

Dunno, would like to know too. I still press one or two buttons every time I leave the house.

Search for Tasker think it might help you, not easy to use but extremely powerful. Costs about $4 from the developers website, but there is a 7 day trial period.

Do you guys also experience the issue of not being able to download apps more lately? It download but can't save. I always forget to unmount SD card first. My first real gripe. Don't want to have to unmount first.

I don't understand what you're saying here.

Do you take out your SD card and then download apps, or do you copy stuff from your pc to your phone & had selected "mass storage device".

I just updated my tank game & gmail, no problems here.

I ordered mine on the 10th of February, any idea how long it should take to get here? How long are you waiting now?

Let's just say you shouldn't hold your breath. I ordered 20 Jan and I bet you it's still in customs with some silly official wondering that the hell it is and how he can tax me on it.
