Hi Guys.

I'm new around here, and I came here looking for help.

I'm using an HTC Wildfire S (Lol. Don't Judge) and I've been trying to root it but I'm always stuck when I need to unlock the bootloader. I've already registered on the HTC Developer Site and I've tried everything I could find step by step. Problems comes when I need to get my HBOOT updated. I've even tried update the OS on the phone but it keeps failing.

Please Help.

Thanks in Advance.

I did it years ago. I loaded the cyanogen rom on mine but can't remember which one, anyway a quick bing gave me these results.

As far as I can remember unrevoked is the easiest method for the wildfire.

EDIT: The phone started running out of space even with methods to install everything on the SD card. It helped but in the end the phone was just to old. I am talking of about two - three years ago. It was a very good phone for its time.
