Clearly baiting people since a mining pool actually needs miners pointing to it in order to earn any revenue. The other thing could be he is selling masternodes but those then require collateral which doesn't seem to be the case so that's out the window. Definitely not a staking wallet so I guess the obvious thing is scam.
EDIT: Just noticed a funny thing on HelloPeter. For a company that only has 6 reviews ever, it's a bit strange that 3 5* are posted on the exact same day. Maybe a bit of tinfoil hat going on, but I got a feeling those are rigged or bought.
There is no real mining.
There is no masternodes.
The people involved in this build the exchange using free opensource exchange platform, I bet they did not even patch the security bugs or anything beyond installing it and slapping on the ugly skin.
The people involved have no technical how-to about crypto and I suspect they more than likely paid the $100 or whatever it cost now fee on sites similar to this, I forgot the original site that started it all.
https://bitexchange.systems/create-cryptocurrency-service/
So this scam works like this, its nothing new and you can find hundreds of similar scam projects with the same business model spread across bitcointalk so I would not be surprised if this dingleberry read about it on that forum and thought he will become rich overnight scamming South Africans.
They downloaded free crypto exchange platform software and skinned it.
99.99% certain they paid or even got for free a crypto generation tool to generate their genesis block.
I believe they initially preset their coin generator to issue the majority of coins to themself instantly and perhaps tested the mining of the last few remaining coins themself before telling the public they can now mine but good luck finding anyone who is actually mining these because if their market value were real (not wash trading) and you could actually mine these coins the mining difficulty would be so low due to no miners involved that you would be printing money hand over fist.
After those 2 steps they have spend 99.99% of their effort to lure people into the premise of "Buy our coin, its a South African product" and that is their only claim to fame which is beyond retarded.
PS. read some of the newer reviews about unable to sell Safcoin, go figure. haha
https://www.hellopeter.com/safcoin
This one is golden. Why would they want to wash trading their funds into other traders bank account, bad trader.
"Safcoin started off nicely. Easy to buy, but try to sell safcoin..... The most user unfriendly exchange. If you are used to the ease of selling and buying on Luno or Altcoin trader, this is very difficult. I've been trying to sell my safcpin but it just makes orders and never sells. I made the price much lower buy still not selling. Just on order. When you click sell on Luno or Altcoin trader it is sold at once and your money is paid out withing few hours. I just want to sell because I need the money urgently. But its impossible."
