These ****ers have absolutely no relationship with truth or honesty in their personal and professional lives.
Therefore, they view the world through this lens and assume that SAA and government are lying when they say there is no money left.

Numsa broke off from COSATU during Zuma's reign, so they're not Zuma camp. They formed a socialist workers party leading up the recent national elections. I doubt they support any of the current factions of the ANC.

If the CR camp wins, then SAA will either fold, or they will retrench 1000 people and put themselves onto a road of recovery.
If the anti-CR camp wins, the country is proper-fscked in relatively short order.

China is suddenly finding it can't keep it's economic wagon hitched to the US forever and needs to diversify. They've been on a massive spending spree for a decade, investing everywhere in the developing world (with strings attached), and it's only going to ramp up.

Frankly, given what they're up to domestically, I'm appalled that we have normalised relations with them.

Except for those cross default credit agreements if saa still has them, then the tax payer is really going to feel that pain when all the other soe have to pay their loans immediately.

So there’s been many debates about what’s gonna throw SA over the fiscal edge wrt gov debt guarantees.

My guess is still on Sanral/eToll.. but we will see. Aren’t they due to release a decision on this.. gonna fun and games if they can this.

After all, they "invested" their money in the union, so the union should help the membas financially during strikes?
