The negotiations always include back pay.IIRC somewhere it was mentioned that it was an unprotected strike and that it was a no pay strike. If the union membas have any brains, they would tell the union leaders to stick it and go back to work.
The longer the strike goes on, the deeper the debt hole for union membas (and other non-union employees) grow. Their families need to eat after all, so the loan sharks will have a field day with this.
It is always costing the other workers and taxpayer more in the end.
