I started this exercise on Monday. Lost a lot of weight recently and I surprised myself with the initial test - managed to do 14. So I'm in column 3 so far. Doing the Week 1 Day 2 test tonight. Must admit my arms and chest are still a bit sore from Day 1's workout! Looking forward to doing more pushups tbh![]()
My arms are a wee bit sore from just 12 push ups in the initial test. But its for a good cause.
I see there is a sit ups, pull ups and squats program too. Also Android apps for these ( + butt workout too)

remember to stretch and drink plenty water and try eating right (i still struggle to eat decently, damn junk food)
Thanks. Drinking loads of water comes easily. Cutting back on coffee and eating the wrong things doesn't. But we'll see.

I am averaging 3 - 4 a day but also drink the equivalent cups in rooibos![]()
