hundred pushups program

Just remember you'll be going nowhere if you don't eat properly.

This is probably the most important thing when you start exercising.

One of our sales reps joined me at the gym for maybe 2 weeks, but during the day he would still eat pies and drink coke and at night after we left the gym he would stop at the nearest KFC or McD drive thru. On top of that he also bought a ****load of supplements from Dischem(USN) and he takes that everyday. The guy is already obese and I told him he just can't take all the supplements, but according to him he just bought what the pharmacist recommended.

Afaik, he bought a protein supplement, muscle refuel, creatine and a bunch of weight loss pills.

Freaking flu :(

Sounds like bootcamp.
100 sit ups.
Run 800m
100 Push ups
Run 800m
100 burpies
Run 800m

Continue for an hour and a half.

this sounds interesting- I do 3 sets of 12 a day already, but have never tried pushing myself to do more

One of my Friends goes to that. I do not have the lungs (asma) I have to rescue on a normal jog. But hey She can do Chin ups like few. Not the best body though  I wish I could. I'm a wobbly ginger. :(

This sounds like a great idea. Over the last couple of years I've become increasingly lazy :(

I'm going to try and get a pull-up bar this coming weekend and get my body into shape :)

I guess before and after pics will help motivate those that are skeptical. You dont need to include your face....

I for one would like to see if there is a notable difference.

Got the app... geez really don't have motivation. I'm hot already, but ya got the app now so i guess...

yeah Czc that is actually not as bad as you think, 35 solid good form push ups really not bad if you aren't that active or don't attend gym, so you will also be starting on week 3 then?

I'll give it a shot. Last column looks a bit steep. My arms started to shake from 31. I've basically been inactive for 2 months.

sweet, update your progress when you can.

My biggest issue is remembering to breathe when excercising.

A tip: breathe in going down, breathe out going up

I may be mistaken but it helps you push and focus when breathing out on the excersion part of an excercise.
