I have added you to the list, can you remember your initial test?
My initial test was a paltry 11. The last test I did was 39.

Just came back from doing some interval runs and did the initial test.
I managed 20 pushups so will be starting week 1 column 3.
Side note: Love my vibrams![]()
tx. need the motivation![]()
Whew...
So I have just done week 3, column 3 but holy crap it was hard!
It says for your last set your "max" must be a minimum of 20, well I only just barely managed to do the 20 pushups... :erm:
But yeah, its a start![]()
yeah really struggle with the last step, but should push through it when I do the week over which will give me the motivation to do the following week![]()
Haha, I can see myself doing week three for a few weeks![]()
I've been keeping track of all the pushups i've done in a spreadsheet.....
I'm currently doing week 5 for the third time (the first time I couldn't do all the required pushups - the second time I managed - then on my test - I didn't graduate to week 6 - but got graduated to week 5 collumn 2.
To date - I have done 1791 pushups, over a period of 8 weeks (well will be 8 weeks if you include tomorrows pushups - and 1966 total if I manage to do all the required pushups)
I recommend to everyone to keep a log like this - it really helps motivation when you see the amount of pushups you have to do and your arms are crying in pain...
Guys remember to stretch after your workout. Not only does it help get rid of some of the pain, it also encourages muscle growth
