hundred pushups program

Started last night with week 3, day 1. Did column 2 with a final 30 pushups before I collapsed. :)
 
Just finished week 1 column 3.

Went for my long run today and when I had to do those last 13 pushups thought my arms would break. :(
 
I'm playing a squash match tonight, dunno if I will be able to do the pushups when I get home.

Thats ok, you can do it tomorrow. I think I'm going to start doing it in the mornings, so that I can do my regular gym in the evening...

yeah squash is tiring but don't make excuses before you get there, puts you in the mindset before you even get there :p
 
Did week 5 day 2 column 2 - ouch....

Looks like i'm going to be repeating week 5 again --- managed a grand total of 132 pushups in total over all the sets
 
Day 1 done and dusted..really crazy hard, harder then I expected. Looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow.

Did Day 1 on Wednesday, thats why I was thinking Day 2 today but I'm still sore all over so Saturday it is.

:) - Well - I find it easiest to do monday / wednesday / friday -
but to each their own :)

Eina! clean forgot to do this when I got home yesterday. will do the test today.
 
So after nearly dying doing Week 4, day 2, column 3... I thought why not look at the other sites that onehundrenpushups links to.

Now there's a great way to use those days in between pushups. You can do pushups one day, situps on the other.
Maybe even add in squats to exercise your legs. I'm sure doing up to three of those programs simultaneously is possible for those of us crazy enough.

There's others like pullups but those exercise mostly the same muscles so probably aren't suitable to do at the same time.

Come on, we can't stop with pushups :D
