Started last night with week 3, day 1. Did column 2 with a final 30 pushups before I collapsed.![]()
Just finished week 1 column 3.
Went for my long run today and when I had to do those last 13 pushups thought my arms would break.![]()
I'm playing a squash match tonight, dunno if I will be able to do the pushups when I get home.

Day 2 done. Kind of easy to be honest :-/. No where near as bad as day 1.
Day 1 done and dusted..really crazy hard, harder then I expected. Looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow.
