What kind of stuff were u doing before that you could do so many in your initial test? Also, what kind of form are u guys using?[1] Arms close to body or more spread out? Obviously the closer they are to diamond pushups the more u gonna work triceps.... and chest my friend said.I also used to be able to do 100 easily, realised I was doing the bad form traditional sit-ups and was cheating without realising it. If you don't focus on doing them right it is easy to cheat.
Following the guide on the 100 sit-ups site, my initial test was 43.
In my last set yesterday after W4 D2, column 3, I managed 60
Tried going for 70 but due to exhaustion I don't think I was doing the last ones properly.
Edit:
Did my pushup exhaustion test for week 6. Managed 57, so I'm going to have to drop down to column 2.
Still, nice improvement over my initial test of 48.
