Imagine your car is packed and you are ready to leave only to find out there is no fuel.

I think extra fuel was sent to Florida yesterday.

Ok so i went to work today and they are putting up the zinc shutters over the windows and board over the other not covered parts. head office want us to work to at least 5pm on saturday which is when the hurricane is due to hit us. They seemed to offer people a 4h work day so we can go and get ready BUT not everyone was told this I assume to avoid a mass exit. I only found out when I noticed one person missing. I said well in that case I am working 4hrs on friday and we leaving to head north that afternoon or evening and wont be back the weekend.

Gas stations were packed this morning and I assume are dry tonight as there are no cars at the 2 I rode pass this morning.

We on the east coast and the storm has moved to the west coast but we still gonna feel something. my daughters boyfriend lives and works and studies in miami and went to tampa to family, well they are moving from tampa now because the eye is gonna be almost on tampa.
