I'm also on the LHP exchange (051) 446 #### , and have to say been getting some poo speeds the past 2 days, but at this very moment its really flying

Will also do a speedtest again, last time I managed to get 8.18Mb/s, and I live in Universitas-Ridge.. you must definitely live right next to, or across from our exchange.

technically yes, but in some cases it's transparent that the rental ends up being paid to them. like if you have an all inclusive deal with someone else, the ADSL rental part doesn't show up on the telkom bill.
