I this Telkom message legit?

Hey guys, I got the following message from Telkom on my Telkom Mobile number, is this a legitimate message as the number doesn't appear to be the usual 3 digits with the network code and country code.

The number it came from is +27811600384

Interesting, I was a bit worried that scammers had become literate and were able to match Telkom's tone so accurately. It was the email bit that got me suspicious, I guess I'll see where this leads. Thanks @psradebe
