Iburst Bandwidth usage not refreshing

My iburst account's Bandwidth usage on the account summary is not giving the latest results, its still showing Bandwidth usage as of the 24th. I have cleared my browser's history, tried a different browser (chrome and firefox) and it still loads the old amount. Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing a similar problem, or knows of a quick fix (not really looking forward , nor is it really with it, to phone customer care). Thanks
 
Didn't notice that, but you are right. Stopped working on the 24th.

My latest results stopped on the "2012-04-24 09:16:41"
 
Yip! Problem solved. Correct data usage displayed now.
 
Broken again, my usage hasn't been updated since 2012-04-28 (22:40)
 
Mine has been stuck since "2012-05-05 22:49:03" as well.
 
Even the bandwidth monitor through MWEB is stuck. Same time.
 
Eventually got updated at "2012-05-07 23:09:27".
