I don't think they swapped anyone over. It's only for the new accounts if you chose to have it, you didn't have to opt out on older accounts.

iBurst actually stays uncapped pretty often. :p

80 gigs? thats it????

i dont mean to sound like deeekhole, but most ppl on the local iburst adc hub average around 80 gigs/month ;/ (the record is 4.5 times that, 2 modems ;p, set just last month)

also, iburst cant do damn thing until they clear up the excessive usage issue..
 
No, its not that its only 80 gigs, its 80 gigs on PPU meaning 95c per meg for every meg over his cap, it adds up.

I foresee many sleepless nights ahead for this guy, since even if they don't "hit" him with a huge bill at the end of this month does not mean they won't do it at a later stage as many of us know they like doing just that.

Bottom line is it's not worth the risk downloading 80GB from iburst anymore.
 
Yup, ibust is going to use their pay per use to explain why you were able to download 80gigs in a month.

There is no other way to explain it after all :P

Photoshop is a wonderful thing and if it is genuine (which I very much doubt), I hope you/your father has a HUGE credit/overdraft limit on your/his account..........and don't forget to post an image of your statement/bill at month end.
 
If you see that pic. He is not connected and yet his download speed it 1015? Even after his cap? Hmm...

But on the PPU note - OUCH! So by dafault as an old iBurst subscriber, i'm not on PPU?
