iBurst iCall and SNOM M3

Good day,

I have a problem with my iBurst iCall and a SNOM M3 that I've purchased. The iCall account is "[email protected]" - not the number that they've assigned. Unfortunately, as soon as I enter that into the SNOM phone's SIP profile username field, it sees the "@" sign and decides that it is an non-used profile - therefore just doens't log in.

I tested using just "ebendl" as well as with the phone number. In these cases, it actually tries to log in, but since iBurst doesn't have those usernames on the system, it provides me with an "invalid account" error.

I then managed to fool it into logging in by using "ebendl%40iburst.co.za" as the username. The phone then registers successfully. However, as soon as I try to make a call, I get a voice error message that says "The account number information is invalid". I can't phone the phone either - get "the number is not available".

I am busy discussing this with the clueless technician at the iCall department, however, does anybody here perhaps have some suggestions?
