And as I was typing the PM with my contact detail, my statistics updated without any intervention from my side :o Good thing I checked before making a fool of myself :D But the usage statistics were indeed incorrect for almost 24 hours, that much I can promise you.

i have been with iburst on and off for two years now, and i am sure i am not the only one with them because of cost issues. i have a one gig account and have noticed problems with my data usage on a monthly basis for the past few months. my cap only lasts one day, even when i am carefull - which i freely admit is not often. after installing monitoring software it is clear that my usage does not reflect what my accounts states on the website (iburst home page) as far as talking to a techie about it... have had some run inns with them in the past, wont bother wasting my time with them again. it seem this is just another company that will fall by the way side as soon as something more affordable comes along. i dont see that many people will remain with them for too long. lol you cant even give away their modems for free to anyone who knows anything about isp's

PM me your username and I will get you an up to date usage report. I will do this via an SQL query straight from the database that way nothing else can affect it.
