Duminy opened the bowling. 14 runs off his first over. 29 off his 3.
Duminy is ugly too.

Perhaps Mike, but we won't know until stoopid is dropped as captain and a proper captain takes over. I also think that team management wanted to bowl the spinners first. We have the world's best strike bowler who can take wickets and he is not being used properly. Stoopid doesn't have the grey matter to make critical decisions on the field

Poor decision making by the captain cost us the game. He is too defensive when bowling to the opposition. He is young and he might mature into a stronger captain but then you have AB who has the experience and is readily available. Also, we need bowlers that could support Tahir and Steyn but that never happen today.

In the end, it's Asia cup all over again :whistling:

Oh well, tough luck Proteas. After all luck is still what the T20 is all about. Well played India. Malinga about the only exciting thing to look forward to in the final otherwise just spin and more spin.

Too many what ifs to bother with. One I will put out there though. India the higher ranked T20 team and had four warm up matches in these pitches before tonight. This were slightly in their favour to start and a 5 ball win played this out.

FFS, a strike rate of 112 off 40 balls in not acceptable... FFS you're batting at 4. Settle in and hit the damn ball. Albie didn't even get a chance in!

Why do SA fans need someone to blame? Cricket is a team sport. Our team got beaten by another team. No one person is to blame. You could no doubt nitpick everyone's contribution and find a couple of runs if you wanted.
