Idols is racist

The whole damn country is built on racism and this woman has a bitchfit over some cheap, cash-spinner show with no real purpose or value. Priorities :/
 
Put it on sabc and people will start winning for doing zulu dances XD.

I have no problem if it's on SABC,aslong as SABC doesn't have control of it or the outcome.
 
Oh PLEASE! If the voters were racist, would the top 4 have been made out of 1 white person and 3 black people?? Come on Mara don't be an idiot now...
 
This is stupid. There are more and more black people joining the middle to upper class every year. To say that black people cannot afford dstv is in itself a racist statement implying that all blacks are poor.

I saw one and half episodes of Idols, including the final. The whole presentation was of poor quality, the presenter uninspiring, and so were the 2 finalists.

To top it all, the prize money sharing. Yech!
IMO this is reflective of the South African trait of not taking the top spot, to be the best, and to acknowledge oneself as such.
Elvis could still have helped Lloyd by taking half of the money and sponsor Lloyd's development in the music world.
