They should be able to expell kids that disrupt the class.
Now there's something I don't disagree with in principle. Obviously we can't have an expulsion every time someone coughs - at least if someone wants to be there - but in principle it's a much better idea than violence.
Schools operate like prisons, let's face it... Their main purpose is to house and keep busy rather than to educate. If the nature of the system is that of a prison, then it's hardly surprising if some people start to act as though they are in one.
I blame public education itself.
