If I had to type out my full rant, MyBB's servers would crash so I'm going to give you the summarized version:

I LOVE BLACKBERRY, But...

Tried: Vodacom Bis (worst of them all!), Cell C BIS (medium, still not good enough) and Now MTN (I though I had found the light but now its lost again).

So that's it My 9900 is officially just a BBM Brick which I keep to speak to my friends - and My iPhone is the Data/Calling/SMS phone.

I've gone through the 5 stages of grievance and have arrived at acceptance. RIP Hopes, Dreams and the clicky qwerty keyboard that I once admired. *wipes tear* Blackberry 10 do something good, please.

Why not just tell your friends to install WhatsApp on their BBs and you can chat to them on your iPhone?

8ta BIS is apparently good. Why not just dump the BB though?

Join the club dude. A BB is pretty much useless without the proper functioning BIS which is why, like I pointed out in another thread, the terrible BIS experience which has just about become the norm in SA together with declining data costs will kill the market for RIM's saving grace i.e. BB 10.
 
One would have thought with so many BB users jumping ship, BIS could only get better!
 
I want to go back. I miss the keyboard and whatsapp, good as it may be, is no bbm
 
Just out of interest, what do you classify as BIS "issues" ? I'm on Vodacom and have never really had any issues.
 
I always laugh when I hear RIM advertising their devices and uses 'surfing the web' as a selling point. Then when customers get the device they realise that it is relatively useless to surf the web with.

It is an ok device to use for basic emails without complex attachments and to chat with on bbm. But for anything other I would not recomend it to anyone.

Issues such as the web pages not even loading, BIS randomly cutting out for two hours+ etc...
