I'm dead slow!

Tonight my line has been dropping alot, and according to my device I have 0 reception.
According to Bandwidth Meter Pro, Max I'm getting is 4KB/s!

It's getting progressively f'ing worse!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:

Not on I'm sorry. Going to give Neohell Support a good faking lashing today, I'm livid!

It took me about 35 mins to just get this Speedtest. Check out the Ping. That's all I could get out of 35mins of waiting. A ping, nothing more.

Do I agree with you 110% - thought i might as well run a speedtest just to see how mine was...BAD IDEA!!! ping of over 2000ms and cant get speeds of more than 20kB/s :mad:

LOL - but I do think they can alteast provided a stable connection and reliable speeds...Neotel is the worst provider on the planet...i dont think people in Iraq would even have so many problems with there internet!!:sick:
 
Posting this off my phone. Connection is dead now. Speed switching from evdo to 1X cant even browse. My phone quality is crap as well. Time to phone
 
Posting off the 3G connection ...... Tried the whole morning to get somewhere with Neotel, got diddly, not even voice is sounding cool. Phoned the asswipes and got told (after being on hold for 25 minutes on a cell) that "Oh, it's not just you, the whole network is bugging" ..... and that was it! I asked him what exactly the problem is because 'bugging' helps me jack and when will it be fixed and he put the phone down on me :mad:

Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting ....... :mad:
 
Line back up and at good speeds...Wonder which button Neo'Techies' pushed after all these hours.
 
im not in the cape , but since this weekend my speeds went from 80 kb/sec to 200+

im really happy.
 
I had a Neotel technician come out to my place this morning.

He confirmed that my device is working 100% (he brought his with too)

I had it up against the wall, he moved it, whatever he did, I had horrible signal, he setup his device, had the same problem, long and short of it - he said that it's definately signal related.

Now to see what Neotel does about fixing the problem :(
 
Jeez - came back from work today to find my connection is going at a blistering 4kB/s down from 120kB/s yesterday. WTF.
 
I've got the Lite unlimited and I get download speeds of 0.14mb/s and upload speeds of 0.05mb/s. What speeds am I suppose to have for downloads and uploads:confused:?
