For the record, I always wear a seatbelt when I'm in a moving vehicle.

If you can predict ahead of time that wearing a seatbelt will not protect you in an accident you know you will be involved in, go ahead and don't wear the seatbelt.

And if your witch doctoring skills are as bad as the rest of us that cannot predict such things, just wear the damned seatbelt!
