I am looking to buy the OnePlus 9 from their US website as it is currently on sale for $349 and I have a $50 coupon, which makes the price relatively cheap for the phone. However, I just had a few question in regards to the import of the phone.
1.) If the phone is $300 how much duties and fees am I looking at?
2.) As OnePlus does not directly ship to South Africa I am using a parcel forwarding service MyUS. Is that the best forwarding service or should I use something else.
3.) Lastly, I read somewhere about the ICASA approval list. Will this affect the OnePlus 9 in anyway? I would not want ICASA to hold my phone due to the regulations and only release it if the device is tested.
Besides the above concerns, is there anything else I need to be aware of.
