Impossible internet speeds on MWEB 4Mbps (uncapped)

for the past 2 weeks or so my line loses sync becuase of my noise:
Line Attenuation 39.0 db
Noise Margin 13.0 db
But will that have anything with testing speed, im getting according to speedtest 37Mbps download and 0.24 Mbps upload hosted @ vodacom and cell-c im getting 9103 KB/s download and 43.5KB/s upload both of these are clearly impossible but why the strange speeds Heres the proof:

Try a better router or change your router from adsl2 to gmt syncing to get better noise ratio

mmm , could be router see my billion 17dba and my hauwei gets 27dba, same mode etc. billion being older router.
