Incorrect data - HUH?

Okay, so my girlfriends phone has stopped working today.
It only works when she is near WiFi, when not near WiFi - not BIS etc works.
Shes on a contract and it's been fine up and till today.
She calls 173 and ends up speaking to a lady who says her data package on her contract is wrong, it's for a iPhone and not a Blackberry (She has a Z10)
This all started this morning.

Any idea whom we can speak too to fix this because MTN hangs up whenever we call.
 
Try escalating the matter on twitter, hellopeter or alternatively if there is a walk-in centre near you - go directly there.

Take all the necessary documentation with you. The contract your girlfriend signed that clearly states the phone,IMEI, etc.

When did your girlfriend take out the contract ? If recently the sales consultant must have done a *** up.

That's a bit odd as a Z10 uses normal data bundles. Please PM us her cell number and we'll have a look for you.
