Intel Quad Core Pentium vs i3

Don't confuse core 2 quad with the new Intel quad core processors. For instance the N3510 was released in 2013, long after the core duo and quad cpu's were discontinued. AFAIK all the core 2 cpu's were LGA775 and the last one was released in 2010.

I'm not saying the i3 isn't better but without the correct cpu models it is hard to say which one will be best.

Don't worry, I know the difference.

Even Bay Trail can make those Core 2 Quads look silly. I've seen some benchmarks for AMD's Kabini that also look rather impressive.
