Intergrated SIM being throttled

Hi All
So many moons ago Telkom issued me with an Integrated SIM and 3g modem,
i have been using the sim card in an LTE router and getting amazing speeds (+-80mbps) until a month or 2 ago, where between the hours of 6pm and midnight the speeds have been throttled down to about 4 or 5mbps..

So a few things i have noted is that my neighbour who has the Telkom uncapped LTE deal and is pointed to the same tower as i am, does not get throttled during these times, so he gets great speeds, also his ip address starts with 41.*.*.* and my router ip address is 105.*.*.* and lastly if i use speedtest.net, my location is shown as Capetown and hence it uses a sever located in CPT to perform the speedtest...

Anyone else have this issue?
Any ideas on how i go about getting it rectified?

Thanks and Regards

ok i will give it a try, but remember its been happening for about the last 2 months or so, which means i have received many "new" ip's in that time, with the same result...

yeah possibly...
so apart from those "peak" hours my speed is awesome, cant exactly complain to Telkom, as this is not an "official" lte service that im running...:)

Remember those Uncapped LTE accounts are limited to 150 per base station and, in my thinking, given a better service level as they are marketed as a fix broadband solution vs a normal cellphone LTE connection. I'm not sure but the integrated wallet data service is meant to be a back up to ADSL, so I'd guess they probably lower your speed on the LTE to that of the account/line you have from them when they have demand on the tower/network...

yeah that makes sense, i wonder if i log a call with Telkom, and ask them why they throttle my speed? cause the modem they provide is 21mbps capable, and maybe provide them with a screenshot of speedtest showing my location as CapeTown...
