International link down

[MWEBHelp]

There is currently an outage on one of our international links. Most traffic classes are unaffected as we have sufficient capacity on other international links to cover this. Peer-2-Peer traffic is, however, being heavily shaped. We don’t have an ETA yet as to when we expect this failure to be rectified. We will keep you posted.

Typical.. But it does coincide with the final splicing of the SEACOM cable to connect it directly to Europe, so it no longer needs to piggy back off SE-ME-WE 4 through India.

I get nothing to germany though, as my Teamviewer connects to there, and its kicking up a fuss. lol

Lets hope this does not take too long.

Still very slow via SEACOM at 6pm, over 450ms latency to Europe.

SAT-3 is completely unaffected, but Mweb is using that only for 'high-priority' traffic...
