Don't know whether I should state my age but anyways I'm 15, my mom purchased me a laptop. We have a desktop at our house. Have been reading these threads from the past week or so. So I want my mum to get internet at our home, +-R300p/m. We have a phone (043, East London). Have checked line rental is R131. So I saw the Cybersmart option 2GB for R179 - total costs, + night rider R25 or weekend uncapped R99, or Afrihost (additional ISP) R29 x 5GB. My goal is to download atleast 10 avi movies and 500 songs (25 albums), play online gaming on my laptop, browse intensively leisurely, each month which option would suit us (me)? & want to connect my laptop via wifi too. Please state the full cost, with no hidden/additional costs. Thanks...

1) The T&C of signing is being over 18 but I dont care.
2) 10 movies = 7GB + 500 songs = ~2.5GB.... so you will need a minimum of 10GB a momth!

IMO, Get a 3gig/5gig Afrihost account for gaming and 30gb Web Africa account for downloading.

So I saw this Cybersmart R99 advert. Uncapped on weekends. I can maybe download 3 movies & 5 albums at this time? Provided I don't utilise the Internet, cause it's gonna be dead slow, as Internet resources are being utilized by this downloading. So my mom's total cost would be R179 (2GB) and R99 (add-on) = R278p/m. Am I correct? Or is there a viable/better deal/option than this you know of?

1) You have to be 18 to use these forums
2) Downloading pirate software/media is not encouraged on here
3) Afrihost's 10GB/R299 deal should be the most practical for a 384 line and there's no issue gaming local FPS or int. MMO's on it
4) It's spelled "Cybernet" not "Cbyernet"

Jeez what a lot of jerks you are. If I need help with whatever this forum is my first stop. All you can do is give the youngster ****.
Shame on you. *******s.
