Smooth talker, be able to sell people new hardware when they have minor os/app related glitches, lie through your teeth when you can't deliver on commitments :D

Make sure you can spell properly. Wouldn't want you to look like an iDiot, now do we? ;)

You need to remember above all, the position is for support.
You need to emphasize your desire to work in a support environment & the satisfaction you derive from resolving customer's problems to their satisfaction.
If asked about long term goals within the group, i would keep them within support - ie heading up national support, including improving customer support experience at retail outlets.
Keep in mind just how important iStore is to Apple. It is one of the few brands with retail outlets where customers can walk in to the store for support & product training. (there are no HP stores, Acer stores etc like Apple have globally)

Once you are in and settled, you can always gravitate in a different direction within the group - but get in 1st.

And you might need to explain to us why you chose to come to MyBB for advice on your interview?

Apple refers to their stores as Apple Stores - iStores are a Core thing and as such I doubt they're particularly important to Apple. ;)

Indeed. Our iStores are like those Chinese clone stores people like to laugh at :D

The chinese clones are probably better than our "legit" stores... :p
