Have you followed the guidelines and sent them photos with the ticket number written next to the key etc..??Well, steam has this whole "retrieve you cd-key" thing going on, but nothing is happening. It's freaking ridiculous![]()

well, for R35, it would hardly be a loss in the CD key doesn't work. I seem to have had R500 stolen from me...
That's the first step. Then you get issued with a number and have to write it next to the key in ink. I guess it stops people doing it twice.ticket number?
I sent them a scan of the slip, and the a scan of the CD-key
Ok, so yesterday I went to makro in a huff and puff... I was also swearing a lot (but it was really hot), so, they took the game back and credited me R500 (what I paid for the game).
Now, I finally get home after a drunken party around JHB, and I check me email account... and now Steam Finally gets back to me about it and they've move the game to my account, lol. So when I buy the game later today, I'll have two CD-keys
