Invoice compulsory?

Background: Read on accountant site “The Consumer Protection Act requires that for everything which is supplied and has a value of above one Rand, an invoice must be issued to the customer." Followed up with the CPA a few times but they dont react.
Question: My fibre ISP does not supply an invoice, although I requested it, and if you dont pay within 14 days the cut the service.
What can I do to force them to provide?

You change isp, they will quickly make a plan to issue an invoice. Any decent isp will have automatic invoicing software

There is this new invention called a email.

Send them one requesting a invoice

If they decline, send them a trojan (not the condoms) to infect their system

Log into your account and print/download it. Come on, how hard can that be

Maybe that is why they ignore you...asking for things you have easy access to.
