Anyone is having a huge battery drain on 16.1 beta 4?
It's been bad since getting 16 but this one is a disaster.
Thanks! I have an 11 Pro so my battery isn't doing wonder but 16 is horrible.iOS 16 is one of the most buggy iOS releases in recent history;
Has anyone else chosen to turn off the battery percentage? Was glad to have the feature but this evening I’ve chosen to turn it off and you know what? I like the aesthetic of the clean simplistic indicator.

I have quite a few glitches too, the ones on top of my head are (by order of annoyance):Yeah I'm no fan of iOS 16.0.2 either. Battery life is worse and I have WhatsApp display issues and incoming call screen locks on my 13 Pro Max.

I don't have a comparison because my wife has my old one (Xs or Xr or something like that, not sure) and now that I complained, she doesn't want to install 16.I'm not having any issues, my 14 Pro is giving better standby times than my old 12 did.
I'm only seeing what I would consider normal drain, a couple of percent overnight.
It will be nice when they combine the two battery icons into one functional one.Has anyone else chosen to turn off the battery percentage? Was glad to have the feature but this evening I’ve chosen to turn it off and you know what? I like the aesthetic of the clean simplistic indicator.
I’m definitely seeing why some folks didn’t like it, the clean icon looks a lot better to me, I’m still used to swiping down to look at the % funny enough if I feel I need to know the specific level %.I find the benefit of knowing my battery level more useful than disabling the few pixels the small text takes within an already minute icon.![]()

I'm happy with the % widget on my lock screen for now, though that could also do with some tarting up.I’m definitely seeing why some folks didn’t like it, the clean icon looks a lot better to me, I’m still used to swiping down to look at the % funny enough if I feel I need to know the specific level %.
I had it on for all of 5 minutes before switching it off.Has anyone else chosen to turn off the battery percentage? Was glad to have the feature but this evening I’ve chosen to turn it off and you know what? I like the aesthetic of the clean simplistic indicator.
Same here. Not noticing anything out of the ordinary.I'm not having any issues, my 14 Pro is giving better standby times than my old 12 did.
