Anyone upgraded on an iPad 2? Use mine extensively for work purposes - just want to hear if there are any issues before pulling the trigger.

Once you have downloaded it you need to go through itunes to install. So attach your phone. Then click ctrl+upgrade on the phone's screen in itunes. Then navigate to select the ipsw file and let it run. That's all.

Weird. It does support Ipad2.

Siri

1.How long does it take to Download via OTA [ DEVICE] AND via Itunes?
2.I have tried via the Device and three hours later , .....FAILED..., tried it twice.

3. Maybe wait for two or few days?

You have to update to 6.1 first, then to 7. But 6.1 is only 70mb or so.

I did mine last night through Vodacom via wifi (only option i had)
Took 8 minutes 795MB file.

This is with the ipsw already downloaded. Happens during the restore process.

Tried searching for error 14 but mostly old posts with no luck for me.

Are you sure the ipsw downloaded correctly?

I have just arrived in Pretoria. I see that LTE is now displayed as 4G.

Just keep trying to activate. Apple servers getting pummeled. Wouldn't surprise me if there a plethora of various error messages...

You confirmed you have iTunes 11.1?

Tried 2 different download locations and download in iTunes. Same error.
Ipad (4th Gen) 16GB wifi. 1.42GB download each.

You got this firmware: iPad3,4_7.0_11A465_Restore.ipsw ?

What iOS version were you on before you tried to update?

Works for me but using a US account...
