Maybe this was a little rushed:

Seems like the important button is cleaned up, the rest sort of didn't matter. Haven't tried this yet.

lol mine was fine from the start. What I now wanna know is how to get the Music subscription going without linking my credit card hence my US iTunes account.

You will need a US card for a US account. They do AVS (Address Verification)

I still can't get iCloud Music Library enabled. Without that it looks like you can't really build up My Music. I've seen a + and a heart for albums and tracks. Tapping the + tries to add it to My Music. Tapping the heart does... no idea.

I haz a RSA iTunes acc I use once every 6 months maybe & the U.S. iTunes acc that I use as my primary one.

The SA one has much cheaper Apple Music pricing...

WTH...anyone have this issue below?

Trying to get the 3 months *Free* trial & it tells me I don't have enough bucks; (I have $9 in my US acc as a side note).

I should be able to try out the free trial with $0.00 in my acc...

Had the same issue... also thought it was a bit of a cheat... I should be able to use three month free without credit in my account.

I am also on US store and this is the first time I wished I was not.

So I asked on IDB & they said even though its *Free* I still need $9.99 in my Store Account to claim the *Free* trial! Shoddy Apple; at least give full disclosure man...

Agreed quite annoyed at this...

I bought some more US iTunes store credit to enable the trial - would not work without more than 9.99, now working fine.

However, is there any point to a US iTunes account anymore ?

SA pricing of Apple Music is way better, but how is the SA vs US song catalogue.

Was wondering the same I do have a few app purchases that I would lose... :(

Shot for the Intel; one (dumb) question. You/I then have $9.99 credit in account & opt in for the *Free* Trial. No money gets deducted; even though it "looks" like it does?

There is a much bigger variety on the US iTunes account.
I tried both out last night. First signed up with an SA account and the playlists etc were not that great. A lot of local music and African which I guess is good.

Logged out and signed in using a US account. IMO much better selection, more playlists to choose from and better music discovery ( For my tastes anyway )

I spent a great deal of time tailoring for my tastes, which included deleting artist bubbles that I don't like, and I haven't come across one playlist with local or african content. It's been pretty great for me thus far with a minimal amount of skips. It can only better as it learns my listening habits more.

As far as content goes there is not much difference between the 2 stores.

Thats awesome

As I said, when I signed up there was nothing that I liked in the pre-selected playlists.
I enjoy things that you wont really hear playing on the radio so its a little different I guess.

Seems like a really cool little app though. I am quite enjoying it.

It's not bandwidth hungry either. Listened via cellular this morning in the car on my way to a client and it consumed about 70MB in about an hour
