iPad behaving erratically

HI, my ipad 2 has been behaving erratically. I've tried everything by restoring it to factory settings, DFU mode, iOS7 etc. It runs 100% sometimes for few days and sometimes for less than an hour before it starts its s**t again. Screen freezes up or starts jumping around, unable to open or close apps, basically its doing everything that it shouldnt. Is it time to get a 4pound hammer out or is there any other remedy? I've googled & search Apple forums but with no luck. Any help out there???

Maybe take it to ifix and see what they say. If you in CPT they now have a shop on Canal Walk.

If it's under warranty, take it to Core and ask for a replacement. Make a video of the problem first so that you can show them what is going on. My iPad 3 had a similar problem and Core kept it for 2 days and then claimed that there was nothing wrong. I eventually convinced them to give me a new iPad after showing them a video of the problem.

If it's out of warranty, then taking it to a reputable repair centre might be the best bet.
